Why does my browser randomly freeze up while I'm on Y!Undead? How do I fix it?
We're working with Tokbox to resolve this, but unfortunately there seem to be random stability issues with the application. There is something you can do though! Flash player 9.0 Revision 124 (we know, downgrading sucks) seems to be the most recent stable Flash version with the application. We've taken the archived versions of this player and made them available here.
Alternatively, if you're a techy/geek and want to help us and Tokbox resolve the stability issues, you can download the Flash 10 debug versions and send us your log files after each crash. We'll forward them on to Tokbox.
Why do I show up as "Guest User"?
Your name will appear as "Guest User" in chat and on cam if you are not logged in. Our website makes use of the Tokbox service, so when you log in, your name will appear as it should.
